Maple Cornell Entomology Drawer
External dimensions: 19” x 16-1/2" x 3"
Internal dimensions: 17-3/4” x 15-1/4” x 2-1/2”.
Tight-fitting top to keep live critters out.
Tops and bottoms are made from the same section of hardwood for best appearance and fit. 3.5” finger slots positioned in the center for easy balanced removal of the top.
Top and bottom stamped with matching ID numbers to keep the tops and bottoms paired appropriately.
The corners are a 45-degree miter joint glued with waterproof superior strength wood glue.
Optional 1/8” hardwood splines aligned cross-grain for additional strength and aesthetics.
